Holly uses her painting practice as a way to connect to the natural world that is constantly surrounding us. She aims to evoke emotion in her viewers through this evident connection to nature.

Holly has a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art and has attended and taught several professional workshops. She is a member of the International Decorative Artisans League which is an international decorative artist organization. She works on commission for clients with her decorative finishing business but also enjoys making her personal own work when she can. Her span of techniques is vast due to her use of many decorative materials that she can also incorporate into her personal work. Her abstract landscapes utilize plaster to create texture and physical depth while the subtle colors meld the composition together.
